Goukin's Orochi back Part 4 by NocturnalHouse Goukin's Orochi back Part 4 by NocturnalHouse
Been a lonnnnnng time coming, but finally the full backpiece is being put together.

In the meantime you may notice that a full sleeve has been developed too, amongst a few other not so visible tattoos.

It would be cool, yeah. It looked like flower petals from this angle. Guess you got a thing for oriental/pacific art.. nice! But seriously man, that is one of the most dope back tattoos I've ever seen. Musta taken a long time - did you have it done after multiple sessions? Btw, how much (approx.) would something like that cost? Tattoo prices here in Spain (I moved from Norway) are skyhigh! :S

Well I got my sleeve done in China, and my back piece started in England and now i'm finishing it in US! Everywhere the prices vary but the US prices are by far the highest ($180 per hour). So it's difficult to say how much they cost, but a good artist is never cheap. I try not to worry about the immediate cost because it is an investment for life, and you can get as much work done as you can afford at one time. So space it out!

I imagine Norway must be super expensive! The artist that did my sleeve is Ed Perdomo and he is in Sweden now.

My back so far has taken about 20 hours. Still got quite a lot to do (with background, shading and colouring) I had to postpone this month's appointment unfortunately (some unexpected expense this month) so hopefully will be fine for next month's appointment.
